European Commission registers a new agricultural name for Austria

30/04/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 29 April, the European Commission announced that it had added ‘Wiener Gemischter Satz’, a traditional white wine from Vienna, to the Community register of protected designations of origin (PDOs). ‘Wiener Gemischter Satz’ is drunk exclusively as a young white wine.
