EU Council validates agreement with European Parliament to delay sustainability reporting

30/04/24 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 29 April, the Council gave its final approval to the directive aimed at delaying the adoption of all sectoral sustainability reporting standards (ESRS) for EU companies and general ESRS for companies from third countries (see EUROPE B13346A3).
